Englisch ist eine seltsame Sprache.

"Where" bedeutet gar nicht "wer", sondern "wo"

"Why" bedeutet auch nicht "wie", sondern "warum"

"Who" bedeutet "wer" und nicht "wo"

Der Satz "he had had an appointment.", ist zwar grammatisch korrekt, sieht aber irgendwie trotzdem falsch aus.

An viele einfache Wörter wird eine komplizierte Endung angehängt.

Accommodation bedeutet Unterkunft. Anonymous bedeutet einfach nur "anonym" (wozu so eine lange Endung?)

"Life" bedeutet Leben (Nomen) und wird anders ausgesprochen als "live" (leben; Verb). Eine Liveshow im Fernsehen wird aber genauso ausgesprochen wie das Nomen "Life".

Ergibt das Sinn?
