    In Germany there is a differtent between "Du" and "Sie". In English its the same:you. You say to all people "Sie", aber die ältere person kann dir das "per du".Anbieten, dass bedeutet das man dann nicht mehr sagt zum Beispiel "Können sie mir bitte einen stifft ausleihen" Sondern "Kannst du mir bitte ein stifrt ausleihen?". But on sw we are all "per du". Please do not translate that what i wrote in "…"
